Build it yourself

Step 1: Create an empty GitHub repo. In Settings > Pages, set Build and deployment to GitHub Actions.

Step 2: Connect your AI tool to GitHub (ChatGPT: Settings > Plugins > GitHub). Plan before you build:

I'm building a risk registry. I want to start with five risks. The company is [one you know]. Store it in GitHub and deploy it as a GitHub Page. Make a plan and tell me if there's anything else we need to decide before building.

Step 3: Once the plan looks right, ask for a prompt you can hand to Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code. Run it, paste the result back into the chat, tell it to deploy.

No GitHub or an older machine? Add

Build it in plain HTML and CSS, no server, I want to open the file locally

and you get a folder you can double-click.

Fake company, fake risks, real skills. Don't try any of this with tools your employer hasn't approved.

What came out of the meeting

Dwight's example, built before the session: https://gitdwight.github.io/trustology/risk-registry/

Danielle's, built live in the room: https://dlk02191.github.io/Augusta-Recruiting/

Both are fictional companies and fictional risks. Open them, click around, then build your own.
